Milk_Shake Active Milk Mask

I have a few Milk_Shake South Africa products that I have to try and I recently used the Milk_Shake Active Milk Mask.

This is a luxury product and there are so many reviews for these online. They smell amazing!

This is what Salon Online has to say about the mask:

Aerin Evening Rose EDP Review

Hey hey :)

Today I will be writing a short post about one of Aerin's perfumes.

Aerin Lauder is the granddaughter of Estee Lauder and has her own range, ranging from fabrics to make up and also a perfume line.

Technically it's not one of the things I love... but I would just like to add it here.

The MakeUp Eraser South Africa

I've recently acquired a MakeUp Eraser.

Basically it's a replacement to all other forms of make up removal- be it wipes, make up remover on cotton balls, DIY remover... this one uses only...WATER! And it works!

BHE Hair Styler Review

Hello <3

It's been so hectic- silly season and retail = early to bed for me.

BHE stands for Beautiful Hair Everyday :)

I've been sooo lucky and I've most recently won a brand spanking new styler on the market- a BHE styler.

Let's do the nitty gritty first...

Here's what BHE promises:

Breast Cancer Awareness Products

It's almost the end of breast cancer awareness month.

So I've had the luckiest few months since I was on maternity leave and entered and won the weirdest things possible. Only difference between then and now is that these days I win things I LOVE! Where as the other stuff was...blegh. I even won R1000 cash the other day!

Cloud 9 Wide Iron

Well let me get down to my first "hardware" review...

I own a Cloud 9 wide iron. Before I start, just noteI have medium length, thin hair that's extremely curly. I usually do my hair poker straight or just smooth out a blowdry (I suck at blow drying my hair), because my hair can't hold curls after blow drying and spraying on a ton of hairspray on my just washed hair defeats the purpose of hair washing. I keep the hairspray for the fly aways.

Giorgio Armani Si EDT

Hello Lovelies...

Well I've had a week leave and I'm more tired than ever! Not only did I take leave in the school holidays with the most important little man in my life... as well as my husband. But all three of us were sick on Monday!

Whoop Whoop to lying in bed all day, blegh to Cape Town that can't decide if it's hot or cold! So activities included shopping, playing outside and watching TV and painting, not the exciting stuff I had in mind!

BUT back on topic...

So I've had a bit of a secret crush on Konad (or any fake plates) but affordability has always been an issue- I can't pay a few hundred bucks on plates. There's just too many other things in my life right now...

SOO when I saw some original Konad plates (T Set) an a local 2nd hand page for R50 I had to buy it! RRP R320.00 and it came with 2 brand new mini polishes.

Rimmel 60 Second Super Shine Rapid Ruby

Hello Lovelies...

Well, this is long overdue. I had the mani about 2 weeks ago but life has just been super crazy!

As Rimmel claims the new and improved formula is a 3 in 1- base, color and top coat.

How I make my manicure last longer...

Today I thought I would share with you how I make my mani last for a week plus without any chipping...

I have THE most brittle, bendy nails. So if I put on polish today and it lasts till tomorrow without chipping it's a miracle. That's why I've been so impressed with the Rimmel 60 Second Super Shine range, which lasts 3 days with only tipwear.

I can't wear uber cheap polish like some people can, these R5 bottles from the chinese shops. They just won't work- it chips as soon as it's dry- no matter what type of base and top coat I use. And it stains like a donkey.

Garnier Pure Active 3-in-1

Hello Lovelies...

It's been a while since I posted (and I was planning to post weekly) but I've been sick and exhausted for longer than a week- don't even have the energy to do my nails...

BUT... I still do my facial routine and I would like to give my thoughts on a product I received to revier from Garnier SA.

It's the Garnier 3-in-1 Mask/ Scrub/ Wash

Rimmel 60 Second Super Shine Caramel Cupcake

Hello lovelies ...
Sooooo...  I went for a more nude shade than the Rita Ora shades I have,  because those shades are too chirpy for this Cape Town weather.

This is the first shade I didn't swoon over,  not Rimmel's fault but personal preference.
The coverage,  drying time,  shine was superb as with the rest of the polishes I've tried,  but the shade was not my favorite.

Rimmel 60 Second Super Shine Sweet Retreat

Hello Lovelies...

I am SOOO impressed impressed with this range of polishes!

Today I'm on day 5 and I have some tipwear and a small chip- but I blame my bendy nails and not the polish.

It applies so easlily- dries in a jiff and if I do it in the evening and it feels dry to me- I don't wake up with duvet prints on my nails which I've experienced A LOT of times...because I though the polish was dry.

Rimmel 60 Second Super Shine- Peachella

Hello lovelies <3
I tried out the first color and it was such a hard choice but i went with peachella.  It's a lovely light peach creme polish.

Other than the quick drying time the thing I love just as much is the brush! It's flat with a rounded tip so you literally need three swipes and i have much less clean up.  The brush is the perfect shape to not polish all over my cuticles especially when painting my right (non-dominant) hand.

Rimmel 60 Second Super Shine

I recently won a prize from Beauty Bulletin, the new nail polishes from Rimmel featuring Rita Ora.

Beauty Bulletin is not to far away so I got my package 2 days later (not counting the weekend)

This is how the set looks...SOOOOO HAPPY!

L'oreal Skin Perfection Range...

I recently received the l'oreal skin perfection range to review from beauty bulletin

1. Packaging

They were soooo beautifully packaged I almost didn't open it ;)
The packaging is the most gorgeous pink and it attracts your attention immediately.
Upon opening it,  it just got better.  The containers are gorgeous.
The day cream is a square glass container with a chrome top bearing the L'oreal logo

Where to start... My first blog post.

I've been wanting to do this for so long!
I've been reading reviews and it's one of the things I spend quite a lot of time doing... So i thought why not start reviewing all the things I love too :)I am forever looking up products for positive/ negative reviews before I buy them and I'm sure a lot of people do too. So here is my little space where I will write about anything and everything.
